Order Processing Times

Please allow up to 10-21 business days from the time your custom order is placed for your item(s) to be shipped. Once your item(s)has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track the status of your package while in transit. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items incurred by the shipping carrier.

Please be aware effective October 1, 2021, USPS transitioned to transporting more volume via Ground than Air. Due to this change, we are not responsible for the transit time once your package is in the possession of the carrier.
